This place needs to be condemned! It’s gross, beds suck, floors gross, water in shower will not stay one temp. The list is endless...
This is the worse place you could possibly stay in Pigeon Forge! The shower didn’t work, they said maintenance would be up first thing the next morning... they NEVER came! The people next to us got locked out of their room 3 times and the last time they had to call the owner to come because they couldn’t get them in. The WiFi only picks up in and around the office. They WILL NOT refund your money either!
Had a room that came complete with bed bugs! When we complained was told we must have brought them in and was given 30 min to leave the property. Vacation totally cancelled to get home and wash everything we had brought before we brought their bugs home with us!
We stay here all the time, rooms need up dates, but super nice pool and you can swim all night, it's right in all the action.
Well we are on our way there and get a call that if we are not there by midnight they are closing!!!! Yes closing!!! Asked his name and managers name and he hung up!!!! Horrible
