mold on the ceilings. mold on the walls. broken faucets. mold coveted ironing boards. the staff does nothing. says all they can do is apologize. how about do your job and keep your property free of deadly mold!!
Love this place staff was very nice kids love the pool and close to every thing Every thing was nice and clean and staff was very helpful
The ladies in the office are the best, as far as the Richard guy he needs to be in a different profession such as laundry because he definitely isn't a people person and had I know he cussed my children proir to our departure I would have slapped his nasty mouth for him! We have always stayed at this motel over the past 10 years but NEVER will we stay anywhere that our children are disrespected especially by someone who isn't American!
we had a non refundable reservation for 2 nights. our bathtub was filthy.i didnt want to touch the shower walls and the tub and ahower walls were covered with hair also someones soap was still in the shower from a previlus guest.shower curtain was dirty . there was trash and change in the floor up next to the bed and it didnt look like any of the floor had been vacuumed .the paint was off halfway across the wall next to our bed.the room appeared to be very much in need of an upgrade.people sit outaide all night and we could ... read more
I love staying at this hotel. Been bringing my kids here since they were little.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was clean and ot was overall a very good experience. we will be staying here again
when entering our room no towels or wash cloths. then looked at bed hair on pillow and something orange on it. pulled back covers crumbs all over. Toilet had urine all over the base of toilet. called front desk excuse was someone had a late checkout. the room was never cleaned. But funny part was the beds were made. The walkways to room covered with trash and cigarette butts. Needless to say we won't stay there again. Looks good from the outside but inside its a dive. they keep saying new managment same people all of them rude to there guest bugs all over the place the front desk clerk bust in are room at 3 am saying the ac was on fire refused to give my money back had me police escort off the property they violated mine and my family 4 amendment rights the ice machines had allergy in them hardly no hot water I wouldn't let my 5 yr old play in the floor due to the way the carpet looked figured with this place being booked thru booking.com would be good but wasnt and awful
