Rude front desk that uses profanity towards not only adults but children. Filthy pool with poop in it and on wall. Can’t speak to a manager or find out who owner is to speak to them. Private messaged them and posted on Facebook page with still no reply. Email address is no good and toll free number on website just rings and rings with no answer. No one should stay here.

starting off I'm a local, me and my SO just wanted a night away and we had both stayed here in our younger days. I called on Friday around 9 or 10 to see what they had available, the dude on the phone told me they had vacancy and the total would be around 130$ with tax and everything for one night. I made sure to ask if we could just put a card on file and pay for cash, and he said absolutely. COOL we pack up and head there. VERY RUDE AND HAD NO AIR!!!I come to the hotel to relax!!! we pay good money to stay! I call the guy in guest services to tell him it was very muggy in our room!!! he states there is nothing he can do about it! Says he cannot move us or call someone to come and fix it!!!! his name is Charles very rude!!! it is 90 degrees and we have to suffer in the heat!! with no cool air !!! mind you I left and left the air off to see if that would work we came back and turned it on it worked for 1 min and quit!!! very VERY POOR GUEST SERV... read more
Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at in my life. Staff seen video of bed bugs crawling in our hotel room as well as actually coming into the room & seeing dead cockroaches. Yet stated “it’s okay the roaches are dead” & that they didn’t have bed bugs because the bug in the video has “antlers”. Refused a refund & were extremely rude. Rooms were unclean & bugs everywhere. My cousin laid down in the room prior to us seeing the bed bugs & got absolutely eat up.
