Me and my family found a blunt (weed) in the middle of the floor and the people that worked here said there’s nothing they can do about it. I thank they should be shut down people should really not stay here.
Do not stay here!!!! The pictures lie! The beds were so uncomfortable. The toilet stayed plugged up. Desk chair was broken and unusable. Sink was cracked and dirty looking. Overall, it was a very sad and dreary room. No cleaning services due to Covid. When I left early and asked for a refund for the one night left, I was told I could go stay at the $400 a night hotel down the road. Never stay here!!!! I’m about to expose them to the local news and BBB. My family is in suite 200 and upon getting settled in, bedbugs large enough to see. We complained to the night associate and then the day associate, whom abruptly ended the call, offered only to check us out. Rude and unprofessional.
This place charged my card 3 different times I went and talked to the guy at the front desk he said I was lying showed him my proof and was told it wasn’t them do not stay here
Nasty and gross! Will NEVER stay here again. Pool and rooms are so nasty they won’t refund money or even change rooms. Health department will be called . Bugs and mold and blood .
Room had no furniture except for beds and 2 drawer tv chest and a 1 drawer chest. No table or chair. No internet during stay. Got call a day before arriving stating that they had to charge for the room after the cancellation time was over and didnt matter if we were going to pay on arrival or not because they would not have time to sell the room if cancelled. Pool needs to be cleaned and is all cloudy. Doubt will stay again due to all this.
Rudest staff ever! Got no email until today my room was cancelled called to see what problem was and the lady was the rudest thing ever and said I could not speak to a manager then when I hung up tried to charge my card for the whole stay when they cancelled!! Hope they get shut down and no new business
Upon arrival, I waited outside the main entrance door for five minutes in 33 degree weather while the clerk was on the phone (that wasn't a big deal) I understand people get busy. I was given my key and was told there was no parking left. Room 123 was absolutely horrible. There was mold on bathtub, on iron board and around the bathroom wall. First off when we rented the room we were not told that it was an adjoining room, the nightstand was already moved in front of the door and the Bible in the floor, like someone had been in there after housekeeping. Went and asked for another room was advised no other rooms like ours available and no offer to upgrade.
