Pool area is nice, however does not make up for the fact that the rooms are nasty, not just dated, nasty. Rust in the bathroom, the bathroom faucet is not attached well to the wall. We stood on a towel to try to shower but the shower won’t drain. The toilet paper was half used. Gag. Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a cot. For $90 a night we could have went somewhere way cleaner.
Filthy broke down everything. Water jacked up n both rooms,phones broken n hotel WiFi didn’t work and disgusting place to says 110% over charged for what it was
No hot water. Got up in the night and found roach in the sink. Beds have dips. Outdated. Would not recommend. Only saving grAce is the pool for kids. Not very friendly staff either!
Rudest people and the most nastiest place ever!!!! Called to complain about not having hot water and got the cops called on us and asked to leave all because we asked about not having hot water... Richard was a joke he thought we were threatening him!!!!! Run the business better folks!!!
Nastiest Hotel I have EVER stayed in!!! The ONLY reason I didn't change rooms is bc they had none and all of the hotels are sold out or I would be going somewhere else. Bugs in the bathroom, NO hot water, and the toilet doesnt flush. When I called to complain, the ladies up front said they couldn't remember what our issue was bc they had so many!!!!! Do NOT stay here! $130 down the drain !!! They didnt even offer a refund .
Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Do not stay here!!! We got there and got in our room and it was so filthy so they moved us to another room. That room was even worse!!! The people that they are paying to clean should be fired immediately!!! There was blood on the side of shower! Urine all over toilet along with poop and the poop was on the wall! Mold in shower and all over the shower curtain!!! List goes on and I was told we should have changed rooms again!!! We went on vacation for vacation not to play musical rooms all weeken... read more
