rude staff, feces in baby pool, and kn pool deck. had to go through the better business bureau just to get a response from anyone! n cursed at me and in front of my children.
Bugs everywhere condom wrapper under the mattress, throw up under another mattress. Awful place never stay.....ever. Also double charged our card and wouldn’t give refund!!!
To start off with, wife had 4 rooms booked for our family weekend. Was told that although a card was needed to reserve the rooms, it wouldn’t be charged until we showed up since each room was to be paid by a different family member. Just before leaving out, wife noticed that ALL of the rooms had been charged to her account, nearly setting it up for some overdrafts! Recommendedwe stayed with our kids, the pool is waaaaay chlorinated and gave us a headache but they had a blast. room was clean, staff was friendly, which i didnt expect due to the reviews but give it a shot once right? ill be staying again, my advice is ask for a spa tub its 10.00 more but i believe thats one of the reasons our room was different than those in the reviews too maybe?
Tried to reserve a room on line. Didn’t receive an email confirmation so I assumed there was no reservation. Got charged for a room I didn’t stay in. Called and spoke to the rudest human at the desk I have ever spoken with. Talking over me, interrupting, etc. She said she spoke to the manager then within 10 seconds told me the manager wasn’t available. Then she hung up on me.
Went and payed to stay here, left and noticed my daughter forgot her iPad, we went back urgently to get it and the room had been cleaned, the iPad was gone and the cleaning lady urgently “had to leave”. No one checked her bags or helped me any.
Outward appearance & lobby looked nice. Room was very musty/dingy smelling & feeling. Room at first glance appeared clean despite the smell. However, there was hair all over everything. Not one simple stray hair, I mean hair all over the beds and towels, sinks, shower. What appeared to be food was smeared on the bathroom door. Toilet was not clean. Very nice place to stay would come back again
Worst motel on the parkway.. Cost 900 for 6 nights, our room stunk and had bugs. There was no where to park. We were told to park somewhere else and walk. Oh and 150 extra to park a car trailer in a field behind the motel. no ice and no cleaning service.
