I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR!!!!! Never will I stay at River Chase Hotel In Pigeon Forge again. Woke up this morning itching like crazy and looked at my arms to see huge welted bug bites on my arms, back and legs. We literally turned the room upside down.. Beds, blankets, all of it never saw any kind of bugs. Went to the front desk and the man told us he would leave a note for maintenance.. Thank goodness My son doesn't have any or this momma would've thrown down at 5 in the morning. If I could post pictures I would.
Horrible woke up with bed bug bites everywhere. The man at the front didn't do anything about It except "write a note and put on the door" never will i stay there again.
We come to Pigeon Forge all the time, I've always wanted to stay here, and this time we did. And I'm so glad we did. The place is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The pool area was great and also clean. I don't have any complaints. Would definitely recommend this motel. We will definitely be staying here again.
Absolutely horrible customer service! The room was filthy, snickers wrapper by nightstand, chewed pen near table and pubic hairs in bathroom floor. Will never return!!
Loved the room and the pool but no breakfast and we were 3 rooms for the office and had no WiFi. But it was nice for the price
Convenient location. Great parking. Handicap accessible. Was able to walk in and get a room. My two youngsters loved the indoor pull, especially the water slide. This is our second stay and we will return.
