Very nice apartments. Wonderful friendly staff. Some maintenance staff live on site so anything needed was taken care of quickly. You can tell they appreciate their residents as they have several different things & activities during the year. Love it here!
I recently moved into Rivers Edge in Council Bluffs and it’s a wonderful place to live. The management and maintenance team are always available for assistance or questions. It’s dog friendly with access to the dog park, pool, and fitness center. My view is a amazing!!! The grounds are very clean and the apartments have wonderful security. Your in walking distance to the pedestrian bridge with running trails and events that go on during the summer time! This place receives four out of four stars from me!!!!!

My boyfriend and I moved to Iowa from North Dakota, after touring many apartment complexes in the area, we were very impressed with Kimber and Brittany at Windsor Square. Brittany showed us two units, talked about the area, and was so sweet. We were lucky enough to score one of the newly remodeled units and absolutely loved it. The Windsor Square community is quiet, safe, has lots of parking, and hosts some fun events for their residents. My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of moving into our new apartment at Broadmoor at Jordan Creek. Anna has been nothing but a pleasure to work with thus far. She is quick to respond to emails, easy to work with, and so, so kind! Us newbies already love the community and would highly recommend choosing Broadmoor at Jordan Creek to be your next home. :-)
I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in Lincoln, NE and even after only a month of being here, this by far tops the list of favorite places I've lived! First off the staff is SO friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for a better group. The maintenance group is so quick! Great staff. Feels like a close community. The staff really cares. The maintenance crew are amazing. Everyone is so kind, caring, and willpower always help. The amenities are awesome as well. They are all about making this a great place for the residents
