Welcome home to River Oaks Apartments. These Apartments are Awesome with Free tennis which everything is included don’t even need to buy your own accessory’s Amazing Pool and hot Tub and a incredible sauna. Pretty homes 🏠 my absolute best so far is the nice clubhouse.
Spacious apartments, friendly staff, fast maintenance, community events, and great amenities!

the apartments are very spacious, amenities are great, office staffs are friendly and most of all we have a maintenance that is super fast, very friendly and very helpful. we are from the 🇵🇭 philippines and my family just moved 🇺🇸 here last year of may 2018. it has been so difficult for us to adjust from everything and anything; the place, the people, the foods, the clothes, the value of money, the weather, the language, the culture and so much more. only in river oaks apartments we find refuge. we trust, value and love ... read more
staff is great. maintenance is quick to reply and very nice apartment homes. we been here 4 months and LOVE IT. Marshall and Karrie..
Anthony, Greg, Lindsay and Sarah are all so terrific!! My daughter says she feels like we live in a castle and it’s so fancy here 😊!! Todd the maintenance man is amazing and promptly takes care of any requests!! We also enjoy all the community activities!!
Great place to live. I’ve been here about 6 months and any maintenance requests have been taken care of the day after they are put in. I haven’t had any emergencies while living here but I’m sure they would be right on it if I did. The staff is friendly and the apartments are extremely nice.
