I love living here! The apartments are well kept and clean which is so refreshing given my past experience renting. The staff at the main office is so kind and remember my dog’s name every time we come by and they are so sweet to him! Living here was the best decision I’ve made since moving to Michigan!
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! One of my favorite things this place does it put on community gatherings. Pool parties, super bowl parties, holiday get together, and for the 21+ providing adult beverages which of course I can not say no to. Facilities are kept in top shape, having a dog park is nice. Also location is perfect not having to be too close to town. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

In my experience River Oaks staff does an excellent job caring for their residents. They have friendly staff and maintenance requests are done promptly and correctly. I always feel safe and secure in my building.
Friendly staff that are always super helpful. There's always things to do as far as planned events and on site amenities. Units are very spacious and have the best floorplans by far in the Grand Rapids area.
My husband and I have lived at River Oaks for over a year and have loved our time here! The apartments cater to a wide variety of families and ages which creates a fantastic community to be a part of. The amenities are great and well looked after - we love taking advantage of the pool and fitness center. The maintenance team here is great. I always feel safe and secure in my building. The balconies are spacious and are covered. Not many balconies are covered in complexes. This allows you to be able to site out on your balcony come rain or shine!
