This is my thrid time living in a aprtment, and it has been one of my best living experience. The walls are thick enough that I cannot hear my next door neighbor's dog, the place is well insulated for any weather, and I have a beautiful view from my livong room area. plus, the fire place and all the extra space makes it worth living in here while I attend to college. Thanks River Oaks team!

This is my second time living at River Oaks and I was thrilled to move back from a not-so-clean apartment complex. You do pay a lot to live in their nice-ish apartments, but I love the inside entry and not having to worry about stepping on bugs anymore. EVERYTHING but heat is electric, so your bill is going to be higher than usual and older appliances will pull a lot of energy. Just know that going in. Parking is an issue in high-traffic areas so if you can get an open carport close to your apartment, I highly recommend it. ... read more

This is my first time living in an apartment and so far I am loving River Oaks! Overall, it’s a clean complex and I am looking forward to using the pool in the summer! My only complaint is parking can be hard to find if you pull in late at night. I would definitely recommend River Oaks.
