RecommendedOn the few times, in 5 years, that we've had to call for maintenance, response has been fast & efficient. Very dog friendly, complete with a resident-only dog park.
River Oaks is a quiet place to live with nice amenities. There is a outdoor pool for a cheap, close summer activity.
River Oaks has been really great to us. The amenities are awesome and the staff are very kind. We would definitely recommend living here!

Great staff who attends to your needs fast. The tech crew is also very helpful. 24/7 fitness facility as well! They also do community events!
My wife and I have lived here for almost three years and we have really loved it. The amenities are great and the staff really try to make it a great place to be. We want to give a special shout out to Anthony in the office. He is always responsive, helpful, and does whatever he can to help. Todd and Ed, with maintenance, are really great as well. 4 Years later and I am still in love with this place. The spacious floor plans along with privacy and awesome property management is almost too good to be true! I am so glad we stumbled across this beautiful property. Maintenance staff is impeccable, the grounds are always maintained and though I don’t use the gum often, when I do it’s clean and gets the job done. I hope to live here for many years to come
We’ve lived at river oaks for 3 years and still love it. Our apartment is perfect for a family of three. There’s so much to do here, swim in the pool (in the summer), play tennis, sweat in the sauna, work out, and play on the play ground! The maintenance staff is the best. They respond quickly and take care of any up-keeping problems.
The pool and location are great!
