Been involved with many dealers over the years. Some have been ok and some have been absolutely terrible. But I must say I'm very impressed with our buying experience from Dave at River. No pushy sales jargon. Just tells you what's what, nothing more, nothing less. This is quite refreshing really and critically important. Buying a motorhome is stressful and the last thing you want is a business that promises everything and gives you nothing but stress. Not sure this is a good company to buy from, had a part exchange offer for a 10 month old Swift and they offered £15000 less than other dealers. Won't be getting my business. On our travels through the UK we passed River Motorhomes in Hereford. We were having problems with the heater settings in our relatively new RV. We approached Chris Perkins (Customer Relations) at his desk. Chris immediately left his work and accompanied us to our Rv and solved our problmen within minutes.
