No place like HOME! – After a long, hard (wet) day - it feels so good to just hop on 95-S, and head straight to my giant loft apartment at the Parachute Factory. On a cold, rainy day like today- I like to crank up my central heat, fill my tub with hot water, and just relax. I love my apartment here at the Parachute Factory. So will you!
New to Richmond - from D.C. – I just relocated from the D.C. Metro area. My job transferred me to Richmond. So, I needed a new place FAST! Love it, Love it, LOVE IT!!! – Hey- I pay my rent on time, and I pay for my pets! That said, I've had NO problems with River City- they've been GREAT to me. I know some agitators and busybodies have posted reviews. but they are just disgruntled losers. in fact, the "President" of some made up group was just EVICTED for not paying her rent! River City Management Is Terrible!! – I lived in a River City apartment up until 2 months ago. While I was there, I enjoyed the location of my apartment, and the apartment itself was decent... typical for the area. I payed my rent on time every month and left the apartment in good condition. I was told I would be getting my full security deposit back. However, it has been long past the time I should've received my money back, and I have received nothing. River City Court is the BEST PLACE I've ever lived! – I gotta tell you - my apartment at River City Court is the BEST! H U G E spaces. Off-Street Parking. On-Site Laundry. Central AC/Heat. I love it!
