River City was GOOD to me~! – ve read the reviews listed here, and all I can say is River City Real Estate was good to me. In fact, they were the ONLY rental company that allowed me to have BOTH of my dogs (both rescues). I know that River City has a lot of younger (college/slackers) tenants, so maybe since I paid my rent on time and did not trash the place, I had no problems. But, bottom line- they were good to me!

I've lived at River City Court for a little over 5 years. I'm within walking distance of Ellwood Thompson's and I'm right on the bus line. My apartment is nice, with hardwood floors and central air. The rent is pretty cheap for the area. I'm not sure if I "LOVE" River City, but I know I love my apartment!

Been at my place since 1960! – I have lived in the Gilmour Court (now River City Court) complex since 1960. I have seen a lot of changes here -but the best change was when River City bought the place! Since they came in, we got NEW appliances (including garbage disposals and dishwashers), central air conditioning and heat, and expanded (paved) off-street parking. I love River City and you should too!

Evicted Tenants shouldn't be allowed to write reviews... – As I read the previous review, it became clear to me that the author was just one of many recently evicted tenants who are - after being kicked out for bounced checks - disgruntled former residents. I lived next to these losers. These people were constantly late with their rent (when they pay at all) kept pets they didn't pay for and generaly whined about everything. Bad Credit- No Problem! – I have bad credit. REALLY bad credit. But, River City worked it out so I could move into the apartment of my dreams! With my co-signer, I was able to get a wonderful two bedrom apartment (with hardwood floors, new appliances, central ac/heat) in the heart of the fan. Thanks to River City Real Estate for taking a chance on people like me :)

Can't keep a good landlord down! – I've seen a lot of vicious postings (lies) on this site and I'm here to say - I LOVE RIVER CITY REAL ESTATE. I've been in my West Grace Street apartment for just under 2 years. I love the location, I love the people, and I love my apartment. Again- I DO pay my rent on time and abide by the terms of my lease agreement! Maybe if more people did that, they'd be happier too! Go River City!

I loves me some River City Real Estate! – I have bad credit - REALLY bad credit. But, River City Real Estate worked with me to help move me into a great apartment. Now, my only worry are the stalkers in the RCRA who bother the s--- out of me! I love River City, and hope that EVERYONE knows it!

Best Value for the Money! – I love my River City Real Estate Apartment. For the price I pay in rent- its the best value in the Richmond area. I'd tell all my friends to Rent from River City!!!!
