I moved to Chertsey 6 months ago, and as a new resident I went to this place to make a membership.The receptionist was a young tall slim boy who had no intention or whatsoever to explain the options for the membership, was lazy , miserable and unhelpful,later on I found out his name from his colleague , who was a lady and she did her job to explain to me the memberships options!!!!I honestly didn’t want to do anything anymore as this young boy made feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, I felt like I owe him something and he can’... read more

I’ve been attending the aqua aerobics classes at the River bourne leisure centre and I couldn’t be more pleased! The instructor Beata are friendly, professional, and always full of energy, which makes every session enjoyable and motivating. The classes are well-structured and cater to all fitness levels, making it easy for everyone to join in and feel comfortable. Absolutely disgusting pool. unhygenic, dirty, moldy. You can smell urine even in changing cubicles. In one occasion, there was one of the staff inside the pool cleaning the molds off the walls while people were swimming!!!!! I reported that to the reception, and I received an answer in a very unfreindly and rude way by the middle age lady who is always there.
