We found a lot of fantastic items for a big family birthday. The balloons were great especially the foils with personalised message. Unfortunately we had to take one back but they swapped it right away. They had everything we needed, thanks. NOTE: just seen a review complain shop wanted them to return deflated balloon when replacement was needed, which they didn't. You wouldn't buy a toaster from curry's then return to shop for a replacement without taking the faulty product 🤪
Amazing shop .Great prices friendly helpful staff. I use this place a lot for all our party needs . It's a place that's been around as long as I can part of the small community shops . The window Displays always draw you in.
Customer service not quite what we were hoping for, bought for an 18th this weekend. Number 1 de-inflated and balloons inside balloon also did the same less than 24hrs. Live quite away from store but, happened to be passing store this morning to see if they could replace, but said we needed to drive all the way home pick the balloon up and bring it back to them. It would have been nice if you could have been a little more flexible. Won’t use you again but not sure if that bothers you.
Popped in for couple bits for my boys Halloween costume lovely friendly bloke very helpful and nice to support the local shops well recommended!! .
