Friendly staff when we rolled in at 10:30pm. Clean room, bathroom. Quiet space. Will def stay here again. I only wish the kitchen were open past 9pm.
Clean and friendly staff. Help anyone out that has anything going on at String Memorial Hospital. Restaurant on premises with delicious food.
Last minute I switched hotels because my boss had recommended this hotel to me. They were very accommodating with our needs. My mother and grandma are deaf and they provided us with a flashing lights when someone knocked on door. My check in went really smooth the lady was very nice who checked us in. I was only upset that there wasn't a microwave in the room but there was access to one in restaurant. Another thing I would of liked a free continental breakfast with my stay for what I paid. I want to thank you for amazing stay. With my father in law passing at Strong Memorial and the travel to get to NY in time to be by his side in time . You helped us have peace and down time we needed. All staff was great and pleasant. And house keeping was amazing. Guest service always going out of there way to make sure all needs met. When in Ny again we will be back !!!! Thank you for providing the free shuttle ! THAT WAS A BLESSING !!!
A wonderful Easter brunch buffet. Our experience with other holiday buffets are: crowds, long waits to sit (even with a reservation), food trays empty & slow to refill, long walks & lines to get to the food, waiters/waitresses with attitudes, etc. This Easter buffet was none of the above. We were promptly brought to our seats immediately upon arrival. No food trays were ever empty. The layout of the food made is very accessible for handicapped.
