Everything from dirty laundry under the bed to the entire place smelling like marijuana to being woken up at 4AM with the emergency evacuation because someone being stupid and smoking in the units, no call back after calling the front desk with a request, ignored fridge request, construction everywhere is a nightmare! Carpets in the hall SMELL wet and rank.
Sheets not washed/changed. Ours had fresh blood (and god knows what else) on sheets and mattress pad. Sheets changed but not mattress pad. Rest of room very dirty. Would have left had we not been so tired. Used last square of toilet paper. No spare rolls in room. Absolutely disgusting place. Would not stay there if I was paid to do so.
We stayed 2 nights for medical issues....LOVED it...staff in every department were so helpful and friendly and went out of there way to satisfy any need or request we had....food was PLENTY and inexpensive...the decore in certain area is being upgraded but kept clean and did not cause us any issues also everything was very clean. I would stay here again in a minute and recomend this place to whoever is in the area and in need
