The Conference was informative and the buffet has a decent selection. Would go back for a another Conference.
It is the greatest place and very clean. Customer service is out of this world.
Last minute reservation due to extended work in the henrietta area. Have to say...loved it. Rooms were nice and clean,beds were superb, pools were sparkling and refreshing. Will stay the next time I'm in rochester. For an older property it has been very well maintained! Good job!
Don't put a do not disturb sign on ur room here ... apparently they jus walk in ur room anyway and take pics of u while u sleep ...this was the creepiest situation I've ever Ben in.....stay away from this place it's not worth it ....plus no one speak the English

Never again!!! Room was dirty and smelled like a dorm. When I asked to move to a different room they put me in the next room over which smelled equally bad but was a bit cleaner. On the second night when we returned to our room at 9pm they had not made the bed, replaced the towels or refilled the coffee, mind you we left that morning before 8:30 am. Also we were unable to use the WiFi which made it difficult to do business. The staff was rude and the hotel was loud with drunk people running up and down the hallway. Will not ... read more
Great place to stay but don't expect too much with the food.
Nice hotel very good service and clean. For some reason no gps wasngiving us the right way to go there, none of my friends received he right way frim ther gps
It was fairly comfortable, and clean. Hospitality. .. not so much .
