We stayed here one night because my daughter who has a lot of medical problems was in the pediatric ER at Golisano Children's Hospital and by the time we left a winter storm had hit. Although it looked nice from the our side and was discounted the room they gave us was awful. They put us in the middle of no where, the room had no heat on so it was freezing when we walked in, and the worst was is that the blanket that was in between two sheet had someone else's hair all over it. Good night sleep. Hot tub wasn't working but indoor pool was nice!
It was a great feeling knowing we had a place to lay our heads after a very long day at strong. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was aways cleaned upon our return back. If there was one thing that could have been better was the heat/cool control. Had to keep getting up to either turn on or off would not adjust it's self. But beside that we would not hesitate to stay again and we would definitely tell our friends the service that you guys do for the family of patients at the hospital. Thank... read more
Seamed out of the way, but turned out to be a enjoyable stay. Clean and comfy. TV and Wi-Fi excellent, a must after long days drive. Restaurant on site, no continental breakfast. But the low senior rate made up for it. Only issue was bathroom fixtures leak and puddles on floor, told them and they were extremely concerned to get on it.
