RecommendedClean and comfortable room, good food in restaurants. Great staff and easy to get too
This is by far the best staff I’ve ever encountered! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around the country and they are beyond nice, I was trying to find my room and one of the employees literally stoped what she was doing and took me all they way up to my room. The housekeepers were all very friendly and were very welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again! Also it is such a great value, the Restaurant’s food was reasonably price and very tasty my picky 4 year old even enjoyed the wide selection of choices lol
Had to come to Rochester for my sons appt at strong. I work as a executive housekeeper myself so am quite critical of rooms when we stay. However the rooms were outdated but clean and comfortable. I did notice a sign when we checked in that they are undergoing renovations. Overall this was the perfect stay for my family. The front desk staff was very friendly as was the housekeepers. Not an appealing place to stay. Look very dated.
Great stay for the night! We had the executive suite. pool area is nice My only gripe is the 1/4 inch of dust over the headboard that ended up on our pillows and blankets. everything else was amazing though. I did complain, which is something I never do, and the staff didn't do much to help out.
It’s perfectly suited to host an event. I highly recommend it!
We stayed here over the weekend and had a nice time. Food was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
