Awesome place to stay in Rochester! Great service, clean property, made us feel comfortable and worry free as much as responsible hotel should during pandemic. All the staff that we interacted with were very respectful and friendly, extra cleaning measures were implemented throughout the day in all areas including halls, conference rooms, business center and lobby. first room filthy wallpaper in bathroom peeling and bed awful, 2nd room nice, softer beds but loud neighbors above us alll night walking, 3rd room nice but beds suck, I dusted with a white rag and cleaner I brought and it was tooo dusty for my liking concidering the virus so me and my bf cleaned it ourself. maybe 4th will be better. I'd give it 3 stars they have a lot of remodeling to do. the only good thing is ..the staff tonight was very nice.
Great stay. Very professional and personable staff throughout. Restaurant was quite nice and a lovely surprise, as well!
