We lived in RV for a little over one year and had a great experience. It was nice not having to pay for utilities and the two car garage was a great, unexpected benefit that we had not had in previous rentals. Our move out was great with no charges. We cleaned the house ourselves and yes it takes some time to deep clean a house but it is worth it because really you are cleaning it for the next family that will live there. New to leasing a house so the whole process looked pretty daunting prior, but the housing office made it surprisingly simple, had the whole process done in under a day, and the house itself is amazing! Brooke walked me through the whole process, I can't thank her enough!
Lived there for four years. Maintenance was very quick to respond to even minor issues. Newer housing is not high quality due to construction shortfalls. We paid the cleaners almost $500 and Rising View only charged us $80 to clean some of the carpets. Despite the crazy stories, they were helpful and understanding for us. Even allowed us to clean some minor things at the closing instead of charging us.
