RecommendedWe have lived here 4 years now and really like the community. Great rental for the price and space we have. We love taking advantage of the events for our family to go to, we always have a great time!
Listen to it's renters, fix issues promptly and stop the hypocrisy
The houses are overall decent, would certainly encourage home ownership depending on rank/BAH - however in our time here we have always had horrible customer service experience with the office staff. When we first moved in we got the run around and different answers from multiple people in the office! Also in returned calls and no one ever seemed to be around. Awful customer service. You call 3 different times with the same question and get 3 different answers
I would like to say the housing and location is great. If Lund or someone else other than RV managed the properties it would be the perfect place to live. However, the management is terrible. We had a number of on going issues including A/C not working, raccoons in the roof, not following through with pest issues, terrible caulking jobs, mold in the bathrooms the list goes on. Inform residents of repair work being done on the houses, especially when the roof is being worked on. Maintain the houses better. The houses boil in the summer and freeze in the winter. Rent somewhere else.
lol rising view is a joke. buying a house and moving out was the best thing I did. they charge 25$ to shovel your driveway in the winter yet can't even take care of the roads/their end? messed up. took 8 months to come fix the ceiling and walls in our laundry room made the washer/dryer hard to use. absolutely slow in everything they did. such a joke. don't recommend them at all. they don't care about helping our military they wanna squeeze every penny out of all the military members they can!!!
