Absolute worst maintenance. I had a leak on the 31st of May, called every week at least twice and still haven’t had anyone come out to replace the water damage. I have two toddlers and soon to be a newborn and the last thing I need is mold making my family sick. Also have called and complained since January about pest noises inside my walls and still have yet to have pest control out. 5 years of great support and family memories in home. Moving out worked so well as I repaired window screens myself that dog took out and laid mulch. No big move out fees or drama. Speaking for myself 5 good years and nice transition with Rising View Office (all sections).
We live in one of the older houses but we love it here. We had a few things wrong here that needed to be fixed. Maintenance came out in a timely manner and fix those things.
We thought we were going to be able to say great things about being here. They helped us when no one else would but we were screwed over when we had to move out due to hardship. Stay far away if you can!
I HAVEN’t had heat in my house for 4 days. I’ve called 3 different times, 3 different people have come yet not resolved this! My children and I are freezing. House is currently 50 degreas
The houses are nice and the staff is always friendly and helpful
I have suggested this neighborhood to my friends and two have moved in & have become long term renters. It’s a lot of house with a yard for the $ & I will continue to recommend the area!!
We have lived in Rising View for over a year now and the maintenance team has been the absolute worst. They never respond in a timely manor and always leave without fixing anything. I have had a water leak that happens every winter now ( we have been here for two winters already) and they have yet to do anything about it. Water puddles in my laundry room and they still don’t respond.
