I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff at Rising View for all their help during the 2 years I lived there. As a Retiree, I am grateful I was given the opportunity to live here to be close to my grandkids. Maintenance always responded immedietely to any issues. The office staff is always friendly & welcoming and bent over backwards for me a number of times. Even the move-out inspection went well. the house quality is terrible and they put no money into fixing the issues only band-aid maintenance. They also try to charge you for the same thing that the previous tenant paid for. example is of my laundry room kept flooding they told me it was my fault and demanded I pay. I said no I will lawyer up I'm not going to be taken advantage of. After that they said "Nvm you don't have to pay" I will never use them or recommend them to any of my troops or friends.
My husband and I moved into housing after we were married in 1991, it was called “wherry housing”. But Back then, all the cool people lived in capehart housing, so we were thrilled when we eventually moved into a unit on south side of capehart road. Now, all the kids are grown, we sold our house and have moved into Rising View. We have been here a year and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Lived here twice. Once in older housing and once in newer housing. Maintenance was always quick to fix any problems we had. Would definitely recommend RV to incoming families.
We had trouble with our thermostat this weekend and the technician who came out was AMAZING!!!! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful!!!!
We lived in Rising View for almost three years. The house was great for our family of six. RV was great at answering maintenance calls and they were fantastic to deal with anytime we had issues. The people in the office were always so kind and I love how family oriented they are! We were planning to do our own cleaning for our final inspection but life happened and we hired Inspection Ready Cleaning.
