I have had a pretty good experience with Rising View housing. Maintenance has been pretty fast at responding to any issues. The only real problem is the exterior pipes for the kitchen, they freeze very easily in the winter
Since moving into Rising View we have had wonderful neighbors. Making it a pleasant place to live. Maintenance has responded quickly to any issues that we have had.
I personally like living in rising view. The housing area is pleasant and has many activity areas, parks, etc. I honestly feel like it's a safe neighborhood. I only have two complaints. The first is the parking situation. I see people on the street behind mine have a double concrete pad for parking in their driveway. My street does not offer this nor does it offer any guest parking locations near by. My street is flooded with cars which makes it hard to see if children are playing near the street sometimes. We have lived in risingview for almost 3 years and although there are things I'd change there isn't much to complain about. Maintenance has always been on the ball for everything that we have needed fix and risingview has always been nice to communicate with. Yes there are pros and cons just as everywhere else has but it is what you make of it.
The housing is up to date with new appliances and when we moved in it was very clean and felt comfortable to move in! Maintenance is always thorough and prompt! Everyone in the Rising View community seems so helpful and friendly. It is definitely a "good place to raise your kid" kind of place! Not to mention, the location is great considering Target, Baker's, Walmart, & places to eat are all within 10 minutes of you!
I have lived in Rising for over a year now and I have had such a great experience. I enjoy their amazing staff and maintenance crews! All of you guys have been wonderful and I couldn't thank all of you guys enough.
Worst place to live! Run far away from them. We moved into a nasty house. It hadn't been cleaned, hair was painted on the wall. Staff is so rude. I called and asked a question and Battina yelled at me for absolutely no reason. Of course nothing happened to her. The office ladies are so rude everytime I needed to call, over dramatic sighs when I asked a question. Maintenance wasn't awful but half the time wouldn't show up on time, and waste my whole day.
