I met Rish at an open house that my wife and I went to. The house he was selling wasn't to our liking, but Rish told me about another listing that was coming up, that he thought would be perfect for us. He was right. One of his associates was the selling agent. Naturally I thought that them being friends would affect his loyalty to me.
