We wanted to refinance our loan due to low interest rates, when we bought the house we had to get two loans with the refinance we wanted to make it into one loan. Rishu explained the process to me and my husband with the upmost and honest professionalism. We were able to accomplish what we wanted. I will recommend him to every person I know. Rishu also recommended very good paint guy and flooring when we needed.

Rish is as good as they come, he made the process so easy for me and my girlfriend. He's very responsive, knowledgeable, has local expertise and his negotiation skills are unmatched. He answered his phone when ever we called, always had answers to our questions. We sold our home 20k over the asking price and bought the house 15k less then the listing price. He is a professional and I'll recommend to anyone who's looking to purchase to sell.

Rish helped us buy our first home a few months ago and he made the process great. We were clueless and he walked us through every step. Very patient. Very caring. Very knowledgeable. Very understanding. He was also always available to me. It's months later and I still call him with tons of questions and concerns that he either answers or finds the answers for me. We had no problem putting all our trust into him because we felt really cared and considered our needs and wants. Love him!

Real Estate is very challenging/overwhelming business since you are dealing with clients investments. One has to have patience, wisdom, dedication, transaction expertise in order to be in such a job. Undoubtedly we can say RISH BEDI has it all :)! Selling the property in Pienza can not be faster without Rish ! It has been the smoothest transaction because of Rish regular follow ups. It has been a great experience working with him. We definitely use his service in case of future dealings.
