Rish Bedi is a really good realtor as well as a nice person. I have worked with other realtors and Rish is by far the most intelligent, ambitious, knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. He knows the market, is highly detailed and communicative, and is a brilliant negotiator. The buyers asked for $5k towards repairs and we settled for $650 ONLY!! Rish is an amazing realtor! He was always available when I had any questions and very prompt to reply texts or emails. I listed my home with a different realtor and was disappointed that even after 3 months on the market it had little to no showings. Rish gets nothing but the absolute highest marks! He handled a Trust sale for me regarding my mother’s home. He made some excellent suggestions regarding making a few home repairs and improvements before the house went on the market. I live in another part of the state, so he took the time to coordinate all of the work that needed to be done, including some kitchen, flooring and bathroom upgrades, and painting that was needed throughout the house.
