As someone that is bought and sold multiple homes over the course of 20 years. Rishi is one of the most talented individuals I've encountered. He does not have that common salesman mentality, but instead is genuine in his approach to selling homes. At no point did I feel like he was trying to make a quick buck but instead was guiding us in making the right decisions that led to the sale of my home. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is looking for an experience that is for from a sales pitch.

Rish Bedi helped me sell my house in the San Fernando Valley . Before we listed the house, he recommended some improvements that he thought would make difference. Met Rish Bedi at an open house he was showing. He was attentive and helpful and listned to our concerns with the property he was showing. Inmidiatly he suggested a couple of other listings that would be a better fit and even offered to show us these listings later that day. If anyone I know tells me they are going to sell their house, I will recommend Rish Bedi. I am so glad we asked him to sell our house. He was able to sell the house at $130,000 over the asking price. He kept in touch with me almost everyday while it was in escrow to let me know how things were going. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He is great at what he does.
