We met Rish at an open house several months ago. Within a few minutes he was able to answer questions and provide solutions that had previously seemed insurmountable. As a result, we knew we would take our home buying journey with him. Along the way, Rish never failed to deliver. He not only provided sound guidance but also many reassurances - that things would work out ... and they always did. We were able to get into our new home with relative ease. Rish KNOWS Real Estate, you just simply can’t go wrong with him.

Rish is one of the most respectful people I know and professionalism is his middle name. I can confidently say that he really cared about finding the right home for us rather than just getting the sale done. Rish went beyond our expectations, he was always available and answered all our calls anytime we called him. He is a hard working and smart rep who will go the extra mile for his clients. He grew up in the Valley area and knows this market better than anyone else. Highly recommend him!

We looked for a house for over a year and a half we went through 2 agents before we found Rish. He was amazing. He listened to what we wanted our home to be like and found us a great home. He has vast knowledge of the area and this was really helpful in finding us a house. Once we did find the house Rish worked hard to get us a good deal. Rish just helped me sell my home, and this being my first time going through the process Rish made it a great expirience. Rish was professional from start to end. He understood what we were looking for when selling our home and did not ask us to compromise throughout the entire process. I also appreciated that he would always answer my calls or call me right back to answer any and all questions. Rish went above and beyond at every point in the process , He even cleared our kitchen sink one morning when we had a last minute showing appointment and had already left for work!
