As a first time home buyer, my experience with Rish was amazing! He held my hand and walked me through the whole process. I really didn't have to worry about anything. He was professional and most important, very understanding. I didn't buy the most expensive home but he still gave me the attention and respect as if I was buying a million dollar home. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Rish helped us sell our home quickly and above asking price. While we were busy relocating up to Northern California, Rish took care of everything for us. He handled all the inspections, paper work review, and even helped us by picking up our mail and forwarding it to us.
