Was here for short time. Senior management terrible could never get anything for residents. No activities co ordinator, but let's hope this has changed since area manager has left. All she was introduced in was the money side of things. Residents even had to pay for own newspaper. Terrible..

I have to say I used to work here ,, the place is beautiful and a lot better now than it was before ,the new manager is really approachable, and ed the owner is also approachable, if you have any concerns they are easy to talk to ,,it's one of the best places I've worked in care and the residents are really looked after , I'd definitely put my relative in this caring environment, if you want your relative to have good care then this is your place :)

i started working at Riseley just over 12 months ago, we have a very good team on all departments and everyone gets on really well. We have a new manager and things are looking good for the future at Riseley
