I had the most ridiculous experience dealing with this firm in my flat purchase. Chasing them month after month for even a digital copy of the signed contract, being sent paperwork for other people's transactions (including their personal data), being ignored for actual months with all my emails remaining unanswered, and delays not even addressed in the eventual, incredibly delayed, responses.
