Nurses and doctors work very slow, my grandmother has been fighting for her life and they’re not doing anything to help her. They just have her on morphine every 2 hours. If she was elsewhere she would not be on her last days. We need more passionate nurses and doctors who care for their patients, not their pay checks. My grandma was perfectly fine until she got under the care of the staff here in Rio Grande Regional Hospital, in which I believe has caused her to be fighting for her life.
Worst experience ever, unorganized, dirty. The nurse partitioner and staff was sooo rude.
RecommendedTheir staff is AMAZING so loving and caring. They make you feel safe. Unit/floor 4 has hands down the best nurses. Gloria, was one of my nurses and she was so sweet and helpful. She made sure I knew I could call her at anytime. Mary, Rudy, Vianey, Zod and everyone else (whose names I didn’t catch) were also some of the amazing nurses who cared for me.
