terrible bedside manner from drs and nurses, surgeon Angel J Tamez had the worst bed side manner. insulting and degrading... its clear this hospital is taking advantage of the covid 19 restrictions and that patients are alone.. being neglectful and verbally abusive... if you care for your family members at all, stay clear from this death trap...

A mi mamá la llevaron a urgencias por una caída ella se habia hecho una cortada en el brazo que yo se la cure y le puse una gasa aclaro que estaba grande... y se fracturo la pelvis ..la internaron un lunes y la mandaron a la casa el jueves ..traia la misma gasa que yo le puse como puede ser posible que no le hayan checado el brazo ..se les dijo se golpeo también el brazo ... aparte lo traia bien hinchado porque arriba del codo del brazo que traia la gasa le pusieron un elástico de esos que usan cuando sacan sangre y no se lo... read more
All of the staff very attentive, always asking if I need help or if I was ok. Nurses, doctors, CNAs, and housekeepers always smiling and polite. 100% the best hospital I have been to. God bless you all and thank you.
Pésimo servicio, en este momento mi hijo está en el hospital con un trombo en la pierna y ya lo están dando de alta, el homólogo no quiere ir porque no tiene seguro, ya se le dijo que se le paga en efectivo pero que vaya a verlo y verifique que esté bien y de plano dijo que sin seguro no, lastima que tengan una profesión solo por dinero o por fregar al seguro.
