Why do you show only your good reviews? I was admitted from the ER (who did a good job) to the 5th floor where I was cared for by a severely understaffed nursing unit. After spending two and a half days with little or no pain control I finally went to surgery on Monday. It took many calls to the nurses station to get assistance. In one instance it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get repositioned in bed in another instance it took 4 hours to get pain medication. I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the hospital for taking good care of my wife. A special thanks to the staff of nurses and other folks on the 4th floor. We were so happy with Clarrissa and Ghary who are rock stars in our eyes. Also, the poor man who works in the cafeteria, working alone sometimes but always with a smile and always trying to help, i don't know his name, he is an older man with a mustache, he was working the register and also running to serve us and so nice, loved him. Severely understaffed and unattended!!! This place left a post-op patient in a bed that THEY soiled by spilling the bed pan. Patient waited 4 hours for the proper pain medication and routinely was left waiting for a least a half hour before getting a response to a call for help. Disgusting!!!!
