They have been starving my grandmother for 4 days! She is getting surgery and can not eat because it will swell up her gallbladder, they prepped her for surgery yesterday but there was “an emergency” and doctor could make it! What more of an emergency can there be for you to help an elderly woman over 80 years old who has not been able to eat since Sunday!!!! Elder abuse! Unacceptable!!! If you don’t have a doctor transfer her! Have some decency to your patients!
RecommendedJust a FABULOUS experience through and through, from Mammogram to Screening Colonoscopy. Everyone from registration, lab, EKG, radiology, pre-op, endoscopy suite, anesthesia and discharge were first rate. Thanks for Caring Like Family! It really does make a difference :) 😍🥰🤩😘
They limit the number of people who can visit to two. Which is fine. They have no place for the rest of the people in the group to wait. The nice waiting area is up by the patients but you can’t get to it with out the pass that the Nazis won’t give you. It makes no sense. Just stand around waiting. How about signs for where we can wait for the hall pass. Including a picture of the empty family waiting area which you can’t get to without a pass.

Estoy en la guardia con mi hija de 15 años con un hormigueo en la cara vine a las 20 y 56 horas. Ya son las 22 y 18 horas. Y en la guardia no solo no me atendieron si no que adelante mío hay dos personas que todavía faltan atender. Es una vergüenza.
Due to the poor service and bedside manners provided by the nurses and doctors, I do not recommend this hospital. There were also some nurses who would make derogatory comments that would make us feel uncomfortable and at times unsafe. It was very unprofessional and rude of them to continuously make comments about Hispanics. They take a rather long time to do simple tasks being asked of them and will respond in an ugly way even when asked politely.
