Unacceptable comfort care at such a difficult time.
Zero Stars!!!! Horrible service and care for a family whose family member was being placed in comfort care. Horrible lack of communication between the head nurse and the security sevices between shift changes in order to have an open pass available for family members to be able to spend the last minutes of a family members time on this earth!! Pésimo servicio me tiene en piso en una habitación q parese q me tiene en urgencias y el baño está legísimos les pedí agua hace 3 horas y todavía no llega me da pena decirles otra vez ni siquiera puedo dormir

RecommendedThe labor and delivery nurses from the 7:00 am to 7:00 PM shift on 6/18/18 are amazing. They were extremely attentive to our daughter's needs and made the experience phemonenal, especially the nurse Victoria she's an outstanding individual with a passion for her job, Nina and Paoela. Extremely grateful to have had those individuals by our side.
Great care
Was there for three hrs. checked in for bronquitis was given antibiotics by Dr. JAIME TREVINO he never checked side effects that would trigger reaction to my condition which I’m taking medication. That will be the last time I’ll be there for their services which was yesterday 4-23-2018. I done recommended anyone to go there if they are giving you meds. That will trigger any condition you myth have ����
