Our experience leads us to believe that this place will spell an early a miserable demise for anyone unlucky enough to be sent here. Personal belongings got stolen, patients are left in their soiled clothing, health conditions are not appropriately treated. Our experience was heartbreaking and we believe caused a miserable and unnecessarily rapid and painful decline in the health of our relative that was sent here. Shocking!!
Absolutely terrible, mum was in there a total of 6 days and was removed due to multiple safeguarding issues. Residents were left in wet pads despite calling for staff, mum requested a commode to have a bowel movement and was told by staff to 'go in your pad we will clean it later'. Night staff banged her head on bed end and did not report it, hand it over or complete an incident report. We only realised when I found a large bump and bruise on her head. Wellington building don’t let your loved ones go there are mistake was not visit the nursing home just got told it’s a lovely place and he will be there for about 28-30 days can’t wait to get my brother in law out I sit at home every day and night worried to death about him he needed 24 hours care at the time he went to nursing home as he could not stand or get out of bed we was scared in case he tried to get up and fell at his home as he lives alone ringway mews was supposed to have mat on floor so if he tried to get up ala... read more
Work here for a short time, care assistants on my unit amazing however the deputy manager can’t remember her name I think it was Sarah or sally absolutely rude! No manners and speaks down to you like your are beneath her! Not for me. Carers tho lovely hard working team!
