I highly recommend this Gem of a shop. I recently took a small cherished item to Rings and Things in the hopes of having it engraved in time for Christmas. The owners care and professionalism shown towards me was a masterclass in customer service and generations of skill, even calling me to suggest additional engraving to visually balance out my initial idea and at no extra cost. A really lovely, lovely, service. My watch was fixed in minutes. I cannot recommend highly enough.
My 86 yr old mum bought a gold chain from this lovely shop. When she got home she couldn’t find it. She called the shop, they looked at their CCTV and were able to tell her she had put it in her purse. How nice is that? Many people would have just not bothered. I’ve not been in the shop myself but will definitely make a point of doing that. Great service, even better people. ❤️
