From my initial enquiry, up to receiving my ring in the post, Ring Jewellers have been fantastic. Communicating by email and phone, I received prompt responses from the professional and approachable team with ideas and advice. The finished piece exceeds my expectations and I now have a ring containing the gold from my Godmother's ring and an emerald, that was never worn as a pendant, which was a gift from my mum. It's been 2 years since I proposed to my fiancée and almost 3 since I asked Ring to make her dream ring. It's still just as beautiful as when I first picked it up. I wanted to remodel a ring I inherited from my Nan and have it made into a simpler engagement ring that suited my style a bit better. I recently commissioned a bespoke Alexandrite ring from RING Jewellery. Alexandrite can be quite a difficult gemstone to source, but RING were able to order synthetic Alexandrite gems in the bluey-purple tones we were looking for. The whole process took around six weeks in total and was mostly handled via email, as we don’t live locally.
