I go to IU North often for feeding tube changes. I had a port placed in my chest, yesterday. Dr. Hallum and his staff in Interventional Radiology are wonderful! They are all very nice and they make me feel comfortable every time I go in there, which is quite often! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
BEAUTIFUL facility and fabulous staff. I loved that every room was private, too.
As usual my experience there was excellent. I really should give them one star because I was there for appendicitis but they made it good experience so I'm giving them five. The ER was packed, and I think I got the last room in the inn, but they took great care of me, wonderful to deal with, and so far so good on the surgery. Please don't tell anyone because I would hate for them to get so popular of that I can't get in when I need to.
We had to wait in the Lobby for a little over 2 hrs and 4 hrs in the room with our son in pain. But the Doctor and nurses were very apologetic for the wait. They were really sweet with my son and the family.
This place is great.. Surgeons, Nurses, Housekeeping, Administration.. They were all warm, inviting, and informative. I forgot the titles of each, so I won't put out names but each nurse was so wonderful to my father. He had a hard surgery and I've never watched such care people have given a stranger. Would recommend this hospital to anyone..
The people here are really nice! Everything is just cool,the food is really good as well! Very impressed!
My son had a appointment for sedation and dental work. The hospital is very clean & nice and the staff working in the area where I was were very friendly & caring! I felt comfortable and relaxed upon checking in, waiting for the procedure to be done and post operative wise! I had a wonderful experience!
Best labor experience ever. From the time I walked in the door, everybody from doctors to EVS has been pleasant, professional, and caring. This is my third baby, first one delivered here. The staff has gone above and beyond to keep me comfortable and have been very respectful of my resting periods. I would recommend this hospital not only for the staff but also for the facilities. My husband has been very comfortable staying in the room and the post partum unit feels like a hotel.
