Thank you to the staff, nurses and doctors at the IU Health North Hospital for taking care of me today during my outpatient procedure. I am a 50-year-old man who has never had IV sedation, or a surgical procedure, so needless to say I was very anxious when I arrived. The professionalism, kindness and comfort showed to me during my procedure definitely made the experience much easier to endure. My wife and I are very grateful for the excellent care the IU Health North team provided us today.
The staff and security are nothing but rude. We have been to the obgyn 3 times for my girlfirends pregnancy and have never seen a doctor. They send a NP when she is having complications with her pregnancy and is high risk. This place i. nothing but a money machine.

It is a good hospital the doctors are nice especially the nurses it is a great hospital
I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. They don't care about you if you are old and on Medicare. They are non-compassionate, and their billing method begins with a collection agency instead of sending a bill even after requesting bills be sent to your address. They don't communicate clearly or truthfully. They don't tell you what you need to know, so they lie by omission.
