When u call & call finally get to talk to a person & not just leave a message ( witch they never responded to & left message 4 days ago ) & they tell u they will call u right back after there morning meeting & 5 hrs later still no call !!!!
The hospital and staff have been wonderful! Great facility, great staff, nurses, doctors... the only downfall is the billing department!! IT IS SO HORRIBLE. I JUST finished dealing with my daughters birth that was two years ago. They were awful to work with. Now with my son's birth they are being awful again. It's a huge stress and pain in the rear. I'm sad that I won't be going back. That's how awful it has been with billing!! :( They (admittedly) wrongfully sent me to collections three times when the bills hadn't even been... read more
Just got home had emergency surgery! Thank you for saving me! Dr Hutchinson is awesome as is most of the staff! I am having surgery again monday! There is only two complaints, change up the food menu and get rid of Dr Macabe she's a quack!
The absolute worst experience ever. The nurses were very rude and even made me open my own pills. My daughter's and I ask for pain medication, they never bought it. After a hour and 12 minutes we put the light on. The nurse who came in the room was mad because she had to answer the light. We never seen a doctor only a PA. No one was friendly except one nurse name Adam. I will never go back we felt very unwelcomed.
Drove 3.5 hours to get treatment. Waited 4 hours and left only with pain medication. Bottom line don't try to get a specialist near a major holiday. Just load up on pain pills.
If there was no stars that's what I would Give them!!!
I absolutely loved our experience at IU north! Everything went perfectly and everyone was so caring and compassionate! Definitely going to return in the future !
Took my 3 year old son in for stitches. Got in right away and we were out within one hour. Stitches looked awesome. As a fellow Methodist ER nurse, greatly appreciate everyone's help! Thank you
