Clean, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I was back in my car when my appointment was. I have never had to wait more 5 mins for a DR appointment.
This place was amazing they were professional and when I got lost they helped me find my way every one was very nice and they checked on my kid all the time unlike most places leave you in the room for hours... I would chose to go here every time..
I just had 2nd hip replacement on Tuesday. Maria was the best nurse ever. After she finished her shift in didn't get my maintenance meds and my pain meds were messed up. I have been there 4 times for knee and hip replacements. They do not control your pain. All they are worried about is the stupid nurse call button and if you push the wrong one they are very rude about it. In November I had 1st hip replacement they were horrible. This time my nurse Maria was awesome
I have stayed at IU Health in the past with knee replacements in 2011 and had very good experiences. My recent stay was a different story. The PT and OT staff, LPN staff decent, and my night nurse Cindy was awesome. I have asthma and saw respiratory once and they never brought my medicine. Thank goodness I had brought my maintenance meds. I never received all my daily or nightly meds after I was told not to bring them. My catheter got pinched and I was in excruciating pain. I had a good ER experience. Considering the ongoing ice storm, we got in and out within 3 hours. Including x-ray, not too bad. Staff was pleasent and fairly efficient. I would go back again. Some people expect "fast food" speed service. I have more patience.
I had my appendix removed last night and was discharged this afternoon. Every person I encountered throughout this whole process, from start to finish, was kind, professional, and patient with me. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I felt confident in the abilities of my surgeon and her team. This has been my preferred hospital of choice for many years now.
I think this is definitely one of the better hospitals. I have had 3 Surgeries at this location and it was a good experience every time. The nurses and support staff were very attentative and kept me very comfortable during my stay.
Best care of any place we have ever been. Very attentive and caring. Thank you for such great medical care!
The LPN or whatever she is that was doing vitals had the WORST ATTITUDE yesterday SHE REALLLLY SUCKS. She acted like we were a burden or too much work or she didn't want to be there. I think I was giving unnecessary test just so they could molest and rape my insurance card don't ask for my urine and let it sit, maybe I should send them a bill for it. Don't know what I was thinking coming here either.
