I have been in the medical field for 23 years. I have transported many kids to Riley. My own son was a pt there 10 years ago and I did not have a good experience. However my current experience yesterday with my son was exceptional. He was there over night for a kidney biopsy and the staff was exceptional. The physician who handled the procedure was awesome. He explained everything they found and did after the procedure and his floor nurse yesterday evening was better than anyone could hope for. She was an absolute sweetheart... read more
We have been going to Riley since 2007 .We were rushed there after our Grad daughter sezed and turned blue on us at a year old . From the ER ,to the few day stay to the every 6 month check ups By Doctor Harris and over night EEGs we are Grateful to all o you . We drive 2 hours out for Doctor appointments because we don't trust anyone else with the most important of what we have in life Family <3 Thank You Riley Praying or Doctor Harris <3
There is no place in the world that I could ever take my babies for their health needs !!! No where else could possibly come close to the excellent care they give their patients and the quality and compassion of the staff at Riley!! I was so impressed with them during the twins surgery yesterday and I am so grateful we made the decision to have it done there! We were blown away by the excellence of everyone from parking attendants to head doctors! I love the murals everywhere and the red wagons! I love the teams of people who do everything they can to make your stay better.
On Monday our 1 year old daughter was taken to our local hospital due to what we assumed was an allergic reaction to antibiotics that she was taking. She was seen and given the appropriate medications for someone having an allergic reaction. She had gotten to where her feet and hands were turning blue and cold. Revised... The staff was amazing with my son. He was able to get through procedures that most children are sedated for with only local anesthesia. Even with him having anxiety and ADHD, he made it without any problems or even anxiety attack. The nursing staff was amazing even to myself when I thought I could not do this and had a meltdown, thank you Meagan from yesterday on the 5th floor west!!!.... After coming home confidentiality was breached, my home was put in danger and i now have to think about moving or using a gun. ... read more
There was only one problem you build a brand-new parking garage and don't make enough parking spots for everyone, maybe you need to build a parking garage for staff only
