Eighteen years ago today, our grandson arrived at Riley, only a few hours old. He was born several weeks prematurely. Those were frightening and difficult days for all of us, but the Riley family took us step-by-step through those moments. We will never, never forget. This past month, that baby graduated from high school and received an Associate's Degree from college the same weekend...both with highest honors. We praise God and we thank Him for using this fine hospital to make a difference in our lives!
The nurses and doctors were amazing with our son yesterday. He had the best care and we couldn't be more appreciative of all of them.

I have two Children and my daughter was sick back in 2013 of me being young I took her to community east N they did what they could then transported her to Riley where we didn't receive much love n were pretty much rushed outta there my child fever was freaky high n had 2 seizures the doctor was trying to send my daughter home ! Then yestetday my son was sick n we got there at 12ish and didnt leave until 7am!!!! His dad and I were not offered a cover it was freezing in that n the waiting was horrible!!
My daughter was a patient at 6 mths and now again at 10 yrs. I have nothing but good to say about this hospital. She is HOH and I've felt they've always taken the time to communicate with her. Friendly staff and doctors.
Nice and friendly. On my way in from the parking garage and was shown by a nurse there how to get to where I needed while she was on her way to start work.
My son was here. I thank god he was sent here they made him better. They were so friendly through the whole process.
Overall it was OK. There with a refugee mother and 7 mo old daughter daughter to have CXR needed to wear.mask given small child size at registration desk. Needed another and you would think the radiology area would have small mask available NO they only had adult size. DUH where are the kid sizes after all it IS a CHILDREN'S hospital
I've been going here since I was about 5 years old I'm now 18 and still have to go they do everything they can to help kids with everything they have they never give up I love my doctor's Stacy Tarvin and Anita Haggstrom
